FOR AGENCIES
A page backlog. An audit to finish. A site that needs attention.
Bring me a defined assignment or a client problem that needs scoping. I provide SEO, content and WordPress support for agencies that need another person to do the work.
Work I can take on
Audits & action lists
Page-by-page reviews, technical and content findings, priorities, and tasks your team can assign.
Content production
Service pages, location pages, landing pages, briefs, rewrites and supporting articles.
WordPress support
Content entry, page improvements, internal linking and implementation within an agreed scope.
Reporting & review
Help interpreting search and website data, checking comparisons and explaining what the evidence supports.
Agree the handoff before the assignment.
Scope: pages or accounts involved, the deliverable, the reviewer and the due date.
Access: the minimum site, analytics or source-material access needed for that assignment.
Review: a clear place for feedback, with unresolved claims and client decisions called out.
Client contact: communication through your team unless we agree that I should join a client conversation.
Your client work stays inside the agreed boundaries.
We agree how the work is credited, whether I’m client-facing and what confidentiality terms apply. I don’t use client names, logos, screenshots or project details in public portfolio material without approval.
Project fees and ongoing support are quoted around the assignment and capacity required. Send a short brief.
A useful first brief
Tell me the type of business, the work that needs doing, the number of pages or accounts, and your target date. A client name is not needed for an initial conversation.
