Privacy notice

Last updated: October 13, 2026.

Market Wrangle LLC is operated by Alex Blankenberg in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. This notice explains how information is handled when you visit marketwrangle.com or contact me about a report or project. For privacy questions, email alex@marketwrangle.com.

Information you provide

The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, business or agency, website, service area, the type of help you want and your message. It also lets you explain how you heard about Market Wrangle. I receive any additional information you choose to send by email.

Inquiry sources and technical information

When campaign information is included in the link you use to reach the form, the submission records its source, medium and campaign name, together with the page where the form was submitted. This helps me understand where inquiries come from. It describes that form visit and does not establish your complete browsing history or your first visit.

Your browser sends technical information, such as an IP address and browser details, to the services that operate this website. This information can be used to deliver pages, maintain the service and investigate errors or misuse. WordPress also uses cookies for signed-in administration.

Website analytics

This website uses Google Analytics through Site Kit to understand which pages people visit, how they find the site and which visits lead to an inquiry. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information about page visits, interactions, referral sources, and browser and device characteristics. This information is processed by Google to provide reports to Market Wrangle.

Inquiry measurement records a successful form submission as an event. The custom inquiry event does not include your name, email address, business details or message. Those details are handled separately through the inquiry form as described above. Signed-in website administrators are excluded from Analytics tracking.

For more information, see how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can manage cookies in your browser or use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

How I use and process information

I use inquiry details to review your request, prepare a requested report, reply, discuss a project and keep a record of our conversation. Inquiry-source information helps me assess which links or channels lead to requests.

Form submissions are stored in the website’s WordPress database on Verpex hosting. Email notifications and correspondence are handled through Google Workspace. Forminator manages the form within WordPress, and WP Mail SMTP sends its notifications through the connected Google account. These service providers process information as part of operating their services.

I am currently the only person who needs business access to inquiries. Service providers may also process information to operate and support the hosting and email services.

How long I keep inquiries

For inquiries that do not become client work, the retention period is 12 months after our last meaningful contact. This covers the WordPress submission and related inquiry emails. I review these records manually because later conversations can change the relevant date.

Records for client work, payments or disputes are handled separately according to the business or legal need for those records. Copies in service-provider backups may remain until those backups are overwritten or expire under the provider’s retention process.

Questions and requests

Email alex@marketwrangle.com if you want to ask about your information, correct it or request its deletion. I may need to verify which records belong to you and explain any information that needs to be retained.

Changes to this notice

I will update this notice when the website’s data practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
