SELECTED WORK

A closer look at the deliverables.

These anonymized summaries show the kinds of audits, content and handoffs involved in the work. They describe the materials, without attributing traffic, leads or sales to them.

Client names, logos, screenshots and identifying details are withheld.

HVAC · WEBSITE REVIEW

Turning a website review into an action list.

The material: a page-by-page HVAC website audit prepared for an agency.

My role: copywriting, page design and SEO across the project.

The review examined whether service areas were described consistently, whether page content matched the service being offered, and whether contact paths made sense for the visitor.

Findings were grouped by page and priority. Each item included a proposed next step, with factual questions identified for the business to answer.

What this shows: an audit format that a writer, developer or account manager can use to plan the next round of work.

ROOFING · SERVICE & LOCATION CONTENT

Planning the pages around the work a roofer actually sells.

The material: roofing service outlines and location-page drafts.

My role: copywriting, page design and SEO across the project.

The page plans covered repair, replacement, service questions and the next step for a homeowner. They also included titles, descriptions and internal-link recommendations so the copy had a place within the larger site.

A useful handoff distinguishes approved business facts from claims that still need a client’s confirmation, such as emergency availability, warranties and service coverage.

What this shows: the structure behind a content assignment, from page purpose to the contact path.

AGENCY SUPPORT · EDITORIAL HANDOFF

Making the next person’s task clear.

The material: audit findings, content outlines and implementation notes prepared for a team workflow.

An agency handoff needs to explain what is ready, what needs review and which questions belong with the client. Page structure, metadata and link recommendations help the next person place the work correctly.

What this shows: a way to keep writing, review and implementation connected. This is a process example, not a separate claim of measured client results.

How I handle evidence

When a case study includes results, it should identify the source, dates, comparison period and the work I was responsible for. Search visibility, website traffic, inquiries and sales are different measures.

I won’t use a national industry benchmark as a substitute for a client result, or imply that a team’s entire outcome came from one person.

Start with the website you have.

Send your website and the area you serve. I’ll review where the site is unclear, what makes it hard to get in touch, and which work deserves attention first.
